Need help with Dermiva? This page covers the fastest ways to resolve account, scan, subscription, privacy, and data deletion questions.
Contact support
Email amorriscodes@icloud.com with "Dermiva support request" in the subject. If your request is about your account, write from the email address linked to your Dermiva account when possible.
To help us investigate faster, include your device model, operating system version, Dermiva app version, sign-in method, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or face photos unless we specifically ask for them.
Common fixes
- Update Dermiva to the latest version available in the App Store or Google Play.
- Check that camera, photo library, and notification permissions are enabled only for the features you want to use.
- For scan issues, use bright even lighting, remove heavy face obstructions, and keep your face centered in the frame.
- If purchase access is missing, open Dermiva and use Restore purchases while signed in to the account that bought the subscription.
- If the app feels stuck, fully close Dermiva, reopen it, and try again on a stable internet connection.
Subscriptions and purchases
Dermiva subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. Prices, trial timing, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and billing notices are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.
- Cancel or manage an iOS subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Cancel or manage an Android subscription from your Google Play subscriptions page.
- Deleting the Dermiva app or deleting your Dermiva account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
- Use Restore purchases in Dermiva if you changed devices or reinstalled the app.
Account, privacy, and deletion
You can delete Dermiva account data in the app from Profile, Settings, Privacy and account. If you cannot access the app, follow the steps on the account and data deletion page.
