Account and Data Deletion

Dermiva lets you delete your account data from inside the app. This page explains what is deleted and how to request help if you cannot access the app.
Delete from the app
- Open Dermiva and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Under Privacy and account, choose Delete account data.
- Confirm the deletion prompt. You will be signed out after deletion completes.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your backend profile, scan records, generated skin reports, routines, routine history, and consent records associated with your Dermiva account.
App Store and Google Play purchase records are managed by Apple and Google. If you have an active subscription, cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account to stop future renewals.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email amorriscodes@icloud.com from the email address linked to your Dermiva account and include "Dermiva account deletion request" in the subject.
